We accept work only where the necessary competence, supervision and permissions are in place. We do not provide statutory audit, regulated investment advice, reserved insolvency-practitioner services or legal services reserved to authorised persons.

Preparation and administrative support do not imply authority to perform every agent function. Identity verification and other authorised corporate service provider activities will be offered only if and while the required registration and AML supervision apply.
Tax and accounting decisions
The precise regulatory and professional basis of a service will be confirmed before engagement. Where specialist or regulated work is required, we may decline it or recommend an appropriately authorised professional.
