Scope
Every engagement is limited to the services, period, evidence, assumptions, deliverables, timetable and fee confirmed in writing. Work outside scope requires separate agreement.
Client responsibilities
You must provide complete, accurate and timely information; disclose relevant facts; preserve original records; review outputs; approve filings and meet payment obligations. We may rely on information supplied unless verification is included in the agreed scope.
Incomplete records
Reconstruction involves judgement. Missing evidence, estimates and assumptions will be identified where material. We do not guarantee that later-discovered evidence will not change the result.
Filings and deadlines
No filing is undertaken unless expressly accepted. The client remains responsible for statutory duties and for approving information before submission. Identity verification, AML supervision, software and authorised-agent requirements may limit what we can file.
Fees, suspension and termination
Fees, deposits and payment dates are stated in the engagement. We may pause work for missing information, overdue payment, conflicts, legal or compliance concerns. Either party may terminate in accordance with the engagement terms; work completed and committed costs remain payable.
Complaints
Raise concerns promptly through the contact form, marked “Complaint”. We will acknowledge, investigate and issue a written response. Any external redress route depends on the service and our applicable supervisory status.
